Strategic execution · Merger acquisition and divestiture risks
Acquisitions, strategic investments, partnerships, or alliances could be difficult to secure or consummate, pose integration challenges, divert the attention of management, disrupt our business, dilute stockholder value, and adversely affect our business, financial condition, and results of operations. We have in the past and may in the future seek to acquire or invest in businesses, joint ventures, and platform technologies that we believe could complement or expand our platform, enhance our technology, or otherwise offer growth opportunities.
Customer and revenue · Revenue concentration in specific products or segments
Our revenue growth is also dependent on our ability to increase our penetration into existing markets, and to successfully enter and grow new markets, including highly-regulated markets such as financial services, healthcare, and the public sector. Currently, a substantial majority of our business is run on the AWS public cloud.
Strategic execution · Geographic expansion and market entry
Our current operations are international in scope, and we plan further geographic expansion, creating a variety of operational challenges. A component of our growth strategy involves the further expansion of our operations and customer base internationally. Customer accounts outside the United States generated 25% of our revenue for the fiscal year ended January 31, 2026.
Market position and competition · Pricing pressure and margin compression
For all of these reasons, competition may negatively impact our ability to acquire new customers and maintain and grow use of our platform, put downward pressure on our prices and gross margins, or lead us to take greater risks, any of which could materially harm our business, reputation, results of operations, revenue retention rate, and financial condition.
