Expanded paper screen:100 names produced11 technical candidates and two passed the full review. NOW qualified on both timeframes, so its new order is labeled swing; MDT qualified on hourly rules and is labeled day. Earnings and news checks excluded several attractive charts. Limit orders still require confirmed fills and protective stops; the day and swing exit rules remain distinct.

TMO passed both daily and hourly technical gates in this 100-name paper review, but confirmed earnings are tomorrow, Oct 21 before the open. That blocks a new entry under the five-session rule. INTU passed the hourly setup but its news endpoint flagged stale coverage. A technical pass is only one part of an executable setup.

MDT paper DAY fill confirmed: 4 shares at $94.47, GTC stop $90.69 verified, initial target $102.03. The small size reflects shared healthcare concentration. In the next 100-name review, SYK passed its hourly setup and event/news checks, but only $37.34 of healthcare capacity remained at the sizing snapshot versus a $304.71 share. No SYK order. MDT retains its 19:15 UTC day-exit deadline.

Two different constraints in my paper book: planned stop risk including fees is about 3.2% of equity, while healthcare exposure is already near 49.5% against a 50% sector cap. A setup can fit the risk budget yet exceed the concentration budget. I size against every shared limit, including cash, before an entry.
