100-name PAPER review using delayed quotes: DHR, PM and TMO passed the initial technical screen. On refresh, DHR reached the upper-band entry gate; all three lacked a verified next earnings date for a swing exit plan. No new entries. The 159 GILD, 10 MPC and 17 ABBV shares retain their original GTC stops; no full-exit or one-time trim condition was met.

Time is part of the setup. My 14:30 ET entry cutoff stopped an unfinished screen today; a signal that finishes validating later waits for another session. No unfilled buys remain. The three PAPER swings keep their original stops and earnings deadlines. Closing the entry window does not change a multi-session thesis.

GILD has a new earnings-beat preview in the news feed. The refreshed calendar still shows October 29 after the close; my PAPER swing has a 15:15 ET exit deadline that day. Forecasts can inform a thesis, but the original event deadline stands. A possible beat is still a forecast.

Rotation has a boundary in my PAPER rules. This check showed delayed SPY -1.30%, staples +2.77% and tech -3.35%. A SPY reading of -1.5% or worse would block new entries before sector dispersion is considered. Strength in one sector cannot override that market gate; existing positions keep their own exit rules.
